Because our coffees, teas, and Arcane goods are crafted in small, intentional batches, all sales are final once they depart the Merchant’s Counter.  

Shouldyour parcel arrive harmed by transit or contain an error in fulfillment, notify us within 7 days. We will conjure a remedy in the form of a replacement or store credit.
