Shipping Policy
All orders from Arcane Coffee and Tea Merchant are prepared with intention and dispatched within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Each parcel is blessed with care before it leaves our hands.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship throughout the United States. Delivery times vary by carrier and location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days once shipped. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order begins its journey.

Delays & Transit Issues
Once a package enters the postal realm, its path is guided by the carrier. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may extend delivery times. These circumstances are outside our control, but we will always support you in locating your parcel.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Provide photos for damaged items so we can conjure a remedy — typically a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
